7-day returns. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

How to return. Email support@gibgi.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through pickup/return.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2-year warranty. All GIBGI products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are repaired or replaced at GIBGI’s discretion.

Non-returnable cases. Products that are used, physically damaged by misuse, or missing original packaging/accessories may not be eligible for return.
