At GIBGI we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.

Delivery time. Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges. A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number by email/SMS to follow your shipment.

Issues. If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or lost, contact us at support@gibgi.com or 1800 419 3399 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM IST) and we’ll make it right.
