1. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 7–10 days of delivery (varies by category).
- The original invoice and all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) are included.
- The product is returned in its original, resalable condition.
Non-returnable items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modifications.
- Items without original packaging or with missing accessories.
- Digital or software-based products that are non-tangible.
- Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or non-returnable offers.
2. How to initiate a return

Step 2 — Return pickup or drop-off
If eligible, our logistics partner arranges a pickup within 3–5 business days. Alternatively, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our nearest service centre.
Step 3 — Quality check & approval
On receiving the item, we conduct a thorough quality check. If it meets our policy guidelines, we initiate a refund or replacement.
3. Refund policy
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid orders (card, UPI, net banking, wallets): credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days.
- Store credit / exchange: store credit can be issued for future purchases; exchanges are available only for the same product variant (if in stock).
4. Order cancellation
- Before shipment: cancel directly from the My Account section — refunds processed within 3–5 business days.
- After shipment: refuse the delivery on arrival — refunds processed once the product is returned to us.
Custom or personalised products cannot be cancelled once processed.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with images or videos of the product and packaging, plus your order details. We'll provide a free replacement or refund as applicable.
