At GIBGI, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and charges.

1. Shipping locations

We currently deliver across India to all major cities and towns. We're working on expanding our reach to more locations soon.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or regulatory restrictions.

3. Order processing time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number is sent via email/SMS so you can track your shipment.

4. Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link sent to you.
  • Entering your order number on our order-tracking page.
  • Contacting support at support@gibgi.com or 1800-419-3399.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders below ₹5,000.
  • A verification call or SMS may be sent before dispatching COD orders.
  • Please ensure someone is available to accept the order at the delivery address.
  • Refusal of multiple COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Shipping partners

We've partnered with Shiprocket, which uses a network of trusted couriers — Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, XpressBees and DTDC — to ensure the best delivery experience.

8. Issues with delivery

In rare cases, delays may occur due to remote or unserviceable locations, incorrect addresses, or natural calamities, strikes and logistic challenges. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, reach out to support@gibgi.com or call 1800-419-3399.

9. Lost, damaged or tampered packages

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or has incorrect/missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We'll investigate and provide a resolution per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. International shipping

Currently we do not ship outside India — but international shipping is coming soon.
