1. Warranty coverage

GIBGI offers a limited warranty on all its products against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product category and is shown on each product's page in the Shop. Warranty starts from the date of purchase (as shown on the invoice).

2. What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects — defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Functional failures — issues affecting the core functionality of the product.
  • Component failures — faulty connectors, wiring or casing defects.

What's not covered

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, liquid exposure or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or unauthorised modifications.
  • Issues caused by power surges, improper voltage or third-party accessories.
  • Lost or stolen products.

3. How to claim your warranty

Step 1 — Contact GIBGI support

Step 2 — Troubleshooting assistance

Our team helps with troubleshooting over phone or email. If it can't be resolved remotely, we'll guide you to the nearest authorised service centre.

Step 3 — Visit the nearest support centre

Carry the original invoice and product packaging (if available). A certified technician will inspect and repair or replace the product per warranty terms.

4. Repair or replacement

  • If repairable, your product is fixed at no cost.
  • If not repairable, we replace it with an equivalent unit.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent or upgraded replacement.

5. Important notes

  • Warranty is valid only for purchases from authorised GIBGI resellers or gibgi.com.
  • Keep a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of warranty coverage.
  • Warranty claims are subject to GIBGI's inspection and approval.
