1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
✅ The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is initiated within 7-10 days of delivery (varies as per category).
✅ The original invoice and all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) are included.
✅ The product is returned in its original, resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
❌ Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
❌ Digital or software-based products that are non-tangible.
❌ Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or non-returnable offers.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  • If eligible, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 3-5 business days.

  • Alternatively, you may be required to self-ship the product to our nearest service center.

Step 3: Quality Check & Approval
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we conduct a thorough quality check.

  • If the return meets our policy guidelines, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

🔹 Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets):

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days.

🔹 Store Credit / Exchange:

  • If preferred, we can issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

  • Exchanges are available only for the same product variant (if in stock).

4. Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order:
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled directly from the My Account section. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
After Shipment: You may refuse the delivery upon arrival. Refunds are processed after the product is returned to us.

Note: Custom orders or personalized products cannot be canceled once processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with:
